items occasionally get damaged in transit. All parts must be inspected at
the time of delivery, regardless of the appearance of the box or boxes. Any
damaged items must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt, and
immediately reported to the carrier. If you fail to do this your claim may
be denied. By signing the Bill Of Lading you agree that your parts were
received in satisfactory condition.Some items will be shipped through the United States Postal Service or FedEx when applicable. Oversize items such as hoods, some fenders, full floor pans and quarter panels will be shipped via truck freight pre-paid. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Most items are shipped within 24 hours of placing an order, we ship Monday-Friday. Most fiberglass hoods have a current wait time of 2-4 weeks. Call or e-mail for details on the specific hood you are interested in. We will only ship to a verified street address if paying with a credit card. No P.O. Box or A.P.O. addresses please. Due to high demand some items may be on backorder at the time you place an order. If you are a local customer and would like us to deliver your parts please call or email us. Additional charges may apply. We do ship to Canada and Internationally. Please keep in mind you are responsible for all additional taxes, duties, etc... on your order. We are not responsible if your order is held in customs for any reason. Tue, 20 Jan 2009As the 2009 Michelin Challenge Design - focusing on the search for ‘America's Next Iconic Vehicle' - drew to a close at the NAIAS in Detroit, culminating in a press preview and an exhibition of scale models, the theme for next year's competition was announced: ‘Electrifying! Beautiful, Innovative and Radiant'. While it may sound like a slogan for a new line of women's cosmetics, this theme does in fact center on the increasingly relevant field of electric vehicle (EV) design; or more specifically the need to combine sustainable powertrains with attractive, well executed design.

Fri, 20 May 2011With many surveys suggesting the world's automobile buyers are growing younger and more urban, saavy automobile companies are rushing to show their concern with cities, the future - and the future of cities. In New York City recently, black Audi A8s recently ferried 'influencers' to the Lower East Side area around the New Museum to attend an Audi supported Urban Future Initiative part of the area's Festival of Ideas. The Volkswagen Group and the Museum of Modern Art promise a major announcement of future cooperation, on May 23, and BMW recently announced that it is supporting the Guggenheim Museum in a six-year, nine-city endeavor called the BMW Guggenheim Lab.
2013 Ford Fiesta ST debuts at Geneva
Mon, 05 Mar 20122013 Ford Fiesta ST The 2013 Ford Fiesta ST arrives at Geneva in production guise – after a Fiesta ST Concept last year – and will go on sale early 2013. It looks like Ford has finally managed to fit the new 1.6 litre Ecoboost under the bonnet of the new Fiesta ST (all the cars running around so far have had the lump out of the Zetec S) and has pitched up at Geneva with the production version of the 2013 ST. That 1.6 litre Ecoboost engine is a four-cylinder petrol with 178bhp and 177lb/ft of torque, which gives a sub-7 second 0-62mph and a top speed of 136mph.
