Romeo, Michigan, US
INL10257- 1964-81 Pontiac V8 Engine Oil Pan Reinforcements. Located at the rear of the oil pan corners to prevent pan leaks 2pc. Pontiac always had a problem with rear oil pan leaks and this was a service replacement item for all 64-69 cars that came in with leaks and in 1970 it was added to all production cars to correct the problem. So all 70-81 V8 Engines had these metal plates and sll the earier cars should have them. They are located at the back corners of the oil pan to stiffen the metal and prevent leaks. This is an exact inline tube reproduction made identical to the originals. These are plated silver zinc. Since there are so many different oil pans light grinding may be required to get a perfect fit. They are a perfect fit on all 70-79 pans. These are the details that separate the first place cars from the rest. Please view my other exclusive EBAY items at motorcitymusclecar or inlinetube. Ferrari 458 Italia Configurator +Video
Fri, 18 Sep 2009There's now a Ferrari 458 Italia Configurator online Nothing particularly ground-breaking on the 458 configurator – it’s all pretty standard fare – but it can while away hours for Ferrari nuts around the world, as they fantasise on the perfect 458 spec whilst pretending to work on that latest report on their desk. We tried to make some really appalling combinations, but we failed. The 458 conspires to look pretty stunning whatever combination of 20 odd colours, a couple of wheel styles and variations on brake calipers you choose.
Online driving licence to reduce insurance costs
Thu, 09 Jan 2014First the tax disc, now your driving licence, as government plans to put driving records online are set to make the paper counterpart licence obsolete – reducing your car insurance premium in the process. By creating an online record that insurance companies can easily check, ministers and the Driver and Vehicle Licencing Agency (DVLA) expect insurance costs to fall, as insurers will be able to exactly analyse risk rather than hedging their bets. On Bing: see pictures of the counterpart driving licence Tax disc to be scrapped after 93 years At present it’s tediously time consuming for car insurance companies to check motorists’ driving records with the DVLA, which means most take people at their word about the number of penalty points they have.
