We rate all of our items based on the following scale (as per our opinion, please look at all pictures & make your own decision as everyone's opinion varies; we do the best to describe as accurately as possible): show quality, excellent, very good, good, fair, poor. This auction is for the rear window, which is in good driver quality condition. This shows wear typical for it's age, with some light scratches, but no major nicks/chips (see pics). History on the glass - the glass is nowhere near perfect unless specified in the description, nor did I remove this from the vehicle. I bought a used lot of auto glass from a restoration shop that was going out of business; the guy assured me that the vehicle listed on the window was the vehicle it was removed from; these all have scratches on them at the least from sitting on top of each other with no padding between for years; I don't want anyone to have high hopes of show quality/mint/like new glass unless otherwise specified in description. It is very difficult to capture all the imperfections of the glass in pictures, so any major flaws will be disclosed, otherwise it is your typical scratches for its age. This was said to be removed from a 1965 Chevy Pickup Truck, but may fit other vehicles listed in compatibility chart; please do your own research as we do not offer refunds if it does not fit your vehicle. Please look at all pics and ask any questions prior to bidding. There are plenty of pictures & we purchased the zoom, so please use it. What you see in the pictures is what you get.

Ferrari to revive GTO name
Tue, 16 Mar 2010Ferrari is set to return the evocative GTO (Gran Turismo Omolagato) name to its lineup on a limited-edition, two-seat version of the F599 Fiorano GTB. The new car, conceived to run bodywork and mechanical components from the Italian carmaker's race-bound 599XX, is expected to make its public debut at the Paris motor show in September--marking the first time the GTO badge has been applied to one of Ferrari's road cars since the launch of the much-revered 288 GTO in 1984. Among the changes brought to the new car is a series of carbon-fiber exterior panels, a stripped-out interior and specially developed alloy wheels--all aimed at lowering the weight by 132 pounds from the 3,718 pounds of the F599 Fiorano GTB.
