What I have up for bids here is a good used and completely original Northwoods(Starcraft built) walk-thru bow rider boat windshield assembly pulled from a 1993 160 Northwoods boat that we are parting out and fitting many of the 1990s Northwoods, Starcraft, Sylvan and and other mfg models. This windshield would be perfect for the guy who is fixing up that older Glastron, Rally, Ebbtide, Sea-Sprite, Starcraft, Larson, Smokercraft, Century, Rinker, Sea-Ray or other boat and looking for a model correct windshield or maybe for the guy who just needs this shield to get that boat back on the water. .Either way for the BUY IT NOW of $229.99 I think you will find this shield to be a great buy and find. This is very well made, quality shield and is all glass! Now here's what you will get,

(1) 5-Piece open bow rider walk-thru windshield assembly with frame and supports as shown above and below. Shield is 67" wide, 55 5/8" down each side from to back, and 24 3/16" top to bottom. Center window is 17 1/2 measured on the inside"..Windshield has no cracks or damage and is nice and clear. Some light cosmetic wear here and there. A good used windshield. Below and above I have attached 8 pictures of the shield to give you a better idea of the condition and style. Please review before buying. PLEASE NOTE WINDSHIELD WILL BE PARTIALLY DISASSEMBLED FOR SHIPPING.

Now as noted this shield was pulled from a 1993 Northwoods 160 bow rider but this shield will fit more Northwoods, Starcraft and Sylvan models along with other mfg'ers but please check our dimensions or your old boat windshield for more application or fit.

N.J. decal law upsets teens, parents

A New Jersey law--the first of its kind in the country--requiring drivers younger than 21 to put a small red decal on their license plates has both teens and adults upset, according to a story on the Wall Street Journal Web site. When one mother took her 16-year-old to the Motor Vehicle Commission for a learner's permit, the clerk told her she needed to buy red decals for her daughter. "When hell freezes over, I'll buy those stickers," she told the Journal.

Ahead of a Tokyo motor show debut, VW is showing off the Twin-Up concept. Essentially an advanced version of the company's entry-level Up supermini, the Twin-Up runs a modified version of the plug-in diesel-electric hybrid driveline used in the high-tech XL1 for spectacular claimed combined consumption of 214 mpg on the Euro combined cycle along with a zero-emissions electric range of 31 miles. The Twin-Up name alludes to the new car's twin drive sources.
