This listing is for six NOS reproduction door lock rod clips that fit nearly all GM vehicles from 68 thru 81. These clips are exactly like the originals GM used in every way. These clips attach to the inner door skin and the door lock rod actuates a radial motion through these clips to lock and unlock the door at the door latch. Sao Paolo 'Giugiaro – 45 Years of Italian Design' exhibition announced
Wed, 30 Jan 2013The ‘Giugiaro – 45 years of Italian Design' exhibition will be held at the Sao Paolo Museu da Casa Brasileira. The show, held from 7 February until 31 March, highlights the significance of Giorgetto and Fabrizio Giugiaro's work for the Italian design identity. The Museu da Casa Brasileira, which gives the most important design award in Brazil, will use five rooms to display exhibits ranging from car designs and concepts – the Aztec and Structura – to production models including the Volkswagen Golf Mk 1.
Detroit Auto Show: Volvo S60 sedan
Sun, 11 Jan 2009Showing a new direction inspired by Scandinavian design, Volvo displayed a concept vehicle at the Detroit Auto Show that previews the new S60 sedan, due in 18 months. The car has a new face--with angled headlamps, a coupe roofline and no B-pillar--and an interior with the "environment of a modern Scandinavian living room," said Steve Mattin, Volvo senior vice president of design. The car's more emotional look is part of a longer-term strategy to give Volvo a more exciting image in the United States through changes in product design and marketing, said Stephen Odell, CEO of Volvo Car Corp.
