Original used GM Chevrolet lower smog / alt bracket with the pressed in flare bushing. This bracket is only used with smog, the pressed in bushing is a spacer to position the smog pump. Any non smog application did not have the pressed in bushing. This is a difficult to find bracket these days. Striped and painted, nice shape. Works on 69 but not technically correct with flared end on bushing, 69 used a straight tube shaped bushing with out the flare. 70 71 72 73 74 smog A.I.R air injection reactor. GM to build Cadillacs outside the U.S.
Tue, 07 Jun 2011General Motors CEO Dan Akerson said Tuesday that the company plans to begin building Cadillacs outside the United States by the end of 2012 as part of its plan to make GM's premium brand a true global nameplate. Akerson said overseas Cadillac production would reduce the risk of foreign-currency fluctuations and allow GM to better manage its supply chain. Although Cadillac long has been sold in China and other international markets, it's produced only in North America.
