Your are looking at a Ford 1999.5-2003 7.3L Turbo Diesel AIH (Air Intake Heater) delete plug made out of billet aluminum. The stock AIH blocks 20% of air in the intake manifold!!! The purpose of this product is to remove the restrictive Air Intake Heater from the intake air flow. Removing the AIH coil will not affect cold start up in any conditions. The PCM only commands the AIH to activate to reduce white smoke during extended long idle periods at low ambient temperatures. Specific conditions must be present before the heater is activated per Ford.

Mon, 16 May 2011VW Polo WRC makes the case for the 4WD VW Polo R We speculated a year ago that the Polo GTI wouldn’t be the top of the Polo tree, and that Volkswagon would roll out the VW Polo R in 2012, but perhaps with FWD instead of the 4WD its big brother, the Golf R, enjoys. But just a few months later it seemed clear that we would end up getting a 4WD Polo R at some point after Audi lost its bottle at the last minute and pulled the Audi S1 badge off a FWD A1, instead calling it the Audi A1 1.4 TFSI. That change of heart by Audi – saving the S1 badge for a quattro S1 – meant that a quattro platform would be developed for the S1, and as the A1 uses the Polo platform it meant a 4WD platform would be available for the Polo too.

We thought we were pretty much done and dusted with news from this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed, but as Jaguar has finally managed to edit a video of the new Jaguar F-Type at the FoS we thought it worth revisiting one more time. Jaguar made a bit of a show of the camouflaged F-Type at Goodwood – its first public outing – with guards standing outside the container the F-Type was housed in to keep sticky fingers and prying eyes at bay.
Fisker lays off majority of staff
