I KNOW THEY ARE BOTH NEW NOS BUT TOOK THEM OUT OF WRAPPER WHEN NEW TO INSPECT FOR BLEMS AND PUT BOTH IN SAME PACKAGING WHICH IS WHY THERE IS ONLY ONE WRAPPER SHOWN.
