  This came off one of our 81 camaro's. This will fit 70-81camaro's and firebirds, and probably a ton of other years and vehicles. These are in nice shape, there is some rust on them but they are very solid. A little cleaning and some fresh paint this will look nice. If you want some more pictures, please contact us. New Toyota Avalon Tease? Toyota are teasing a new saloon car ahead of next month’s New York Auto Show, which is probably the replacement for the Toyota Avalon. The Toyota Avalon is a saloon car we don’t get in Europe, but it is Toyota’s top of the tree car in the States.

Honda unveils Insight Hybrid

Honda has released the first official images of the Prius-fighting Honda Insight, which is due to launch in the New Year at the Detroit Motor Show, and be in UK Car showrooms in the Spring of 2009. Honda has been sceptical about the future of the Hybrid/Electric car, and has expressed the view that it believes the long term future lies in Hydrogen powered EVs, rather than EVs per se. But this is a sensible move by Honda to take away sales from the Toyota Prius.

Jaguar Land Rover create 700 more jobs at new engine plant

Jaguar Land Rover has announced that they are creating an additional 700 jobs – double the original – at their new engine plant in Wolverhampton. Back in 2011, we revealed that Jaguar Land Rover were planning a new facility on the i54 development in Wolverhampton to build engines for their cars, removing the reliance on Ford’s (excellent) engines in the process. That investment was to be £335 million with 700 new jobs created in Wolverhampton – and more than 2,000 in the supply chain – but it seems that’s not going to be enough with Jaguar Land Rover sales continuing to grow at a great rate of knots.
