I have up for auction a 1972 BUICK 455 800 CFM Carburetor. This carb would have been correct for a Stage 1 GSX or GS with a Buick 455 engine and an AUTOMATIC transmission. Carb is a little dusty and dirty but all parts move freely. See Pictures and judge for yourself. The numbers on this carb are: 7042240 MB 0972 Will work on other GM engines too, Grand sport, Electra, Riviera, Skylark, Apollo, Century, w/ 400 430 403 & 455. This carb is being sold as is , for parts or rebuilder. I recommend a rebuild on all carbs before using if perfection is desired. There may be missing parts that I am not aware of, see pictures and determine for yourself. DO YOUR OWN HOMEWORK AND MAKE SURE THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT BEFORE PLACING A BID.
