Description :
You are looking at a light blue 4 speed console from a 1978 Trans
Am with power windows. This is correct for 73 to 81 Firebird & Camaro with manual
transmission. The console lid pad is cracked but the hinge is NOT broken. There
is a split in the left rear corner and a crack in the center bottom right side
(all pictured). The bottom of the compartment is also cracked. The screws are
missing for the compartment insert and the shifter insert. There are no other cracks,
scratches, cigarette burns, or hidden repairs. The color still looks good.
Overall, still solid piece that needs a little work. On a scale of 1 to 10, the current appearance
is a 7.

Fifth Gear presenter and Touring Car driver Jason Plato has been hospitalised after the Caparo he was testing burst into flames at 150mph. The T1 was being filmed for the TV show at Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground in Leicestershire, UK, on Monday when it 'burst into flames at an estimated 150mph'. Plato received burns to his hands, face and neck, and was treated at hospital before being released overnight.

Alfa Romeo has revealed the first official teaser image of its 4C sports car. The 4C, which is expected to debut in March at this year's Geneva Motor Show, was first seen in concept form at the 2011 edition of the show. The image shows a set of alloys that also featured on the concept, indicating that the production version shouldn't be much different from the concept.

Jaguar has revealed its new small saloon rival to the BMW 3 Series will be called XE. The new Jaguar XE, which will be revealed this year before going on sale in 2015, will be the first all-aluminium car ever launched in the premium small saloon sector – and prices are expected to start from £30,000. Jaguar is promising a range of cars that stretch from a sub-100g/km model (something the BMW 3 Series doesn’t yet achieve) to one that can reach a top speed of 186mph (a speed that’s also faster than every 3 Series).
