77 MAICO 400AW FRAME, STRAIGHT, USED. Removed from a Maico motocross bike with frame serial #3300907 and motor serial #R3232188. Good straight solid frame. Two areas that may be a concern to some people are the left rear brame tab just above where the silencer mounts had a short hairline crack on the tab that was welded and the upper rear motor mount holes have wear. All the other mounting holes and taps are there and good. No signs of dented or cracked tubes. This frame has the mounting tabs to use a high pipe but also still retains the original low pipe mount. The number plate mounting tabs are there and good. No damage to the rear loop like many have. Overall a nice clean frame. Flat rate shipping & handling cost of $120.00 to any where in the USA. Sergio Marchionne, Fiat’s boss and the new head of Chrysler, has been working on rationalising Chrysler’s management and working out the best way forward. As mentioned, only the Fiat 500 will be offered for sale in America (and probably built in Mexico), with Fiat platforms being used to build new Chryslers that will be designed and built in the States.

Tue, 12 Aug 2014The Lightweight Jaguar E-Type is reborn Back in May we revealed Jaguar Land Rover’s new Heritage part of JLR’s Special Operations Division were planning to create six new Lightweight E-Types, the ‘Missing 6′ from the original production run in 1963. And now we get to see the first prototype. The new Lightweight E-Types will complete the planned run of 18 cars from 1963 – the Special GT E Project – using the remaining, unused, chassis numbers from the original run, effectively making these new E-Types able to compete in historic racing events.
