Will-Call Pickup (Store Location Customer Pickup):
Most items are stocked in our eastcoast warehouse. If you would like to visit our store to pick up an item you purchased, or want to purchase, we need you to notify us prior to your arrival so we can make sure the product will be ready for pickup.

We ship most orders from our CT warehouse Mon-Fri and tracking information will be updated on your ebay transaction.  All orders paid using PayPal will only be shipped to confirmed addresses as required by Paypal’s Protection Policies.

INTERNATIONAL: Shipping options and international locations where we ship are indicated in the listing. Please click on the Shipping Tab enter your country/zip code for shipping cost. Import Duties, Taxes and Charges are not included in the item price or shipping/handling charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your Country’s Customs Office to determine what additional cost there will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.  International Shipping Policy: International Shipments are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class, Priority Mail, Priority Express or DHL Express. Shipping insurance & signature confirmation is not included in the shipping/handling fee and must be requested prior to payment. Please purchase the item, do not pay for it. Notify us either thru eBay~email @ grimparts or call us at @ 860-871-9999 and we will add insurance and or signature confirmation fee to your invoice, and then you can make your payment.

 LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged, please proceed according to the following protocol: If the parcel appears to be lost based on the tracking information from the carrier or if it has been more than 15 business days since we shipped the package, please contact us to begin a trace on the shipment. NOTE: USPS Loss claims can take 21-60 days for USPS to complete their end of the trace investigation. We cannot begin an insurance claim until USPS deems the package lost. If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, (Note: Only open the package in the presence of the carrier). Otherwise, do not attempt to open it, leave the package in as-received condition and contact the carrier within 1 business day to report the damaged package. After contacting the carrier, contact us immediately to begin an insurance claim. Please include your full name, address, phone number, and eBay item number with your notification. Failure to report loss or damage in a timely manner may result in denial of the claim. You have up to 5 days after receipt of goods to notify us if the item is damaged and/or incorrect. Once an insurance claim is approved, we will replace the item in question or issue a refund for the value of the claim if the items cannot be replaced.

 RETURN POLICIES:

 We do not accept returns on any electrical parts, Tire Tubes or Swimwear.

 Please contact us regarding all returns - All return(s) must be in the same “NEW - UNUSED” condition as they were received. All item(s) must have any & all original undamaged packaging. A 20% RESTOCKING FEE will be applied to all items without them or any signs of use/wear to the item. At our discretion all refunds less the original shipping will be honored once the item arrives to us. Grimpart’s ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS will be nonrefundable. Return shipping is non-refundable. All consideration will be made in the case of damaged, misfitment listed or a incorrect item sent. In the case of a EXCHANGE a customer maybe invoiced for additional shipping. If the exchangeable item requested is not available when we receive the return we will automatically issue a refund less our actual postal price for shipping.There is a period of 14 days for the date of purchase to return the item or the return can be refused and/or a 20% restocking fee can be applied.

2013 Lotus Evora gets $68,285 base price

Lotus is adding its Intelligent Precision Shift automatic transmission to the supercharged version of the Evora for the 2013 model year. The automatic was available on the naturally aspirated Evora for the 2012 model year, while the Evora S offered only a six-speed manual. The base 2013 Lotus Evora carries a sticker price of $68,285 including $1,485 in destination, while the S model with the rear seats will sticker at $80,085.
