These tires have good tread life left but due to governmental policies, they had to be taken out of service. Tires may have a nail or a different road hazard puncture. Due to government regulations we cannot repair these tires, even though the holes can be repaired. Tires may also have no punctures but are at the minimum replacement specs for a police pursuit vehicle (6/32).

No guarantee on how much life is left on these tires. They are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS.  No returns accepted.

All property is offered for sale “AS-IS, WHERE-IS.”  Bidders are encouraged to physically inspect the offered property prior to bidding.

INSPECTIONS:  The bidder is invited, urged, and cautioned to inspect the property prior to submitting a bid. To the best of our knowledge, all identified deficiencies and mechanical problems are included in the listing.  Unknown repairs may be required.   Property may be viewed from 8am - 4pm, Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. PAYMENT:  The winning bid shall be considered an agreement to buy and is final.  Payment in full is due no later than 7 business days from the time and date of the auction closing. Acceptable forms of payment are:

ITEM PICK UP: WE DO NOT SHIP OR DELIVER.  All items must be removed within 7 business days from the time and date of auction closing. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment. Auctioned property will be released only upon receipt of payment. The purchaser is responsible for transportation to and from the County Fleet Management Lot. The purchaser pays for all transportation costs. The County is not responsible for and will not make any removal and/or transportation arrangements. These arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. The purchaser will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Gwinnett County employees assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed from 8am- 4pm, Monday through Thursday, excluding legal holidays.
