Up for grabs in this auction I have a 3 front fender emblems and the dashboard emblem for 1981-1987-1991 Chevy Silverado 10 trucks and Blazers These are original OEM emblems and are in decent driver condition. They do have a few signs of wear and age but are overall in decent condition. No pins but these mount as good or better with 3m double sided tape, dash emblem has both pins and speed nuts/ Inlcudes 1 mounting gasket. All items are sold as is. 2013 New York F1 Grand Prix cancelled
Fri, 19 Oct 2012The 2013 Grand Prix of America in New Jersey has been dropped as organisers run out of time to prepare for the New York street F1 event. With Bernie Ecclestone pushing to get America to fall in love with F1, a headline F1 act on the streets of New York – a Monaco GP for the colonials – looked like a plan. But it’s a plan that’s now been postponed until at least 2014 after Bernie plugged the plug on organisers as they need more time to prepare for what will, by any measure, be a huge logistical task.
SsangYong releases new Rodius sketches
Thu, 07 Feb 2013SsangYong has released the first images of its new Rodius MPV, soon to be unveiled at next month's Geneva motor show. Based on SsangYong's ‘Robust, Premium, Specialty' design philosophy the carmaker says the new Rodius is "styled to be fit for outdoor, off-road driving as well as on-road driving". The front three-quarter sketch shows that the exaggerated, streamlined front grille has been retained – albeit it with a slight modification – while it also features angular headlamps.
Hyundai & Kia get Google Maps integration – but not in UK
Sun, 06 Jan 2013Hyundai and Kia are adding Google Maps functionality to their SatNav Systems in the US, but it’s not coming to the UK any time soon. In the US, Hyundai has a clever system called Blue Link (Kia has a similar system called UVO) that offers increased functionality for stuff like the SatNav, Remote Access, Location Sharing and Enhanced Recovery. It costs a few hundred dollars a year (for the all-singing, all-dancing version), but makes your Hyundai much smarter than the average bear.
