UP FOR AUCTION IS AN EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND NOS PAIR (RH&LH) OF 81-87 CHEVROLET TRUCK CAB CORNER TRIM MOULDINGS IN THIER ORIGINAL GM BOXES. BOTH BOXES WERE JUST OPENED TO TAKE THESE PICTURES. THERE IS SOME GLARE OR REFLECTIONS IN SOME OF THE PICTURES ITS HARD TO GET A GOOD SHOT OF THEM. BOTH ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND ALSO INCLUDED IN THE BOXES IS THE CLIP TO HOLD THEM ON AND THE G/M PAPER TAGS FROM WHERE THEY WERE BOUGHT. Audi introduces free smartphone app for roadside service

Available for iPhone, Android and some Blackberry devices, the free app connects you directly with Audi and its insurance partner, Allstate. The app sends your vehicle information to Audi Roadside Services, allows you to select the type of service you require and communicates your location using your phone's GPS.
Mazda diesel delayed again

Mazda says the engine meets current emissions standards using only a particulate filter, but the resulting blend of performance and fuel economy isn't up to snuff.
Electric BMW 1 Series Concept ActiveE Revealed
Thu, 17 Dec 2009The BMW 1 Series ActiveE Concept BMW are ramping up their foray in to electric cars with the reveal of the BMW 1 Series Concept ActiveE which will show at the Detroit Motor Show in January, and takes the company a step further along the electric car line than the MINI E. The starting point for public trials of BMW’s i-Project (for ‘Public Trials’ read ‘We’ll get the punters to suss the problems’) was the front wheel drive MINI E which is out playing on the roads in a limited lease programme in the UK, Germany and the US. The programme has not been without problems including charging issues and poor range, but BMW are quite upfront about this being about seeing how the electric cars work in the real world.
