Condition:Used

Note #1:  I tested the blower motor with 12V. It works good  -- very smooth operation. It is a used part.

Note #2: I purchased this part late 2015 for my 1985 Porsche Carrera Cabriolet. This part was to replace the LH heater blower motor in the LH footwell.  Before I got it installed, my car was totaled. I no longer have the car and therefore have need for it.

Note #3: I purchased this part from EASY in Emerville Ca  -- they are a well respected Porsche wrecking yard. The blower has an Audi / VW logo but is the same as Porsche part number 911 624 04300. It is the the LH side.

Note #4: the current replacement blower motor sold by Stoddard Porsche is part number 911. 624.04302 for the LH side. The list price is $480.00 + ship. That is the reason a good used part at a reasonable price is good to have.

This auction is for a 1983 - 1989 Porsche Carrera LH
heater blower motor for the LH footwell. It is used but operates smoothly. The original Porsche part numebr for this blower is 911.624.04300 for the LH foot well. E-mail with questions. Shipping extra. Good Luck!

BMW 5-series GT: Don't call this concept an MPV

Fri, 13 Feb 2009

BMW's desire to compete in every conceivable luxury-market niche has moved up a gear with the unveiling of the 5-series GT, a car known until now by its working title, the Progressive Activity Sedan (PAS). Although BMW will be billing the five-door liftback as a concept at its public showing at the Geneva motor show in early March, little about its bold design is expected to change before it reaches showrooms. In fact, the official photographs reveal the new car in its production-based glory.

Double Oh My! James Bond Aston Martin sells for $4.6 million

Wed, 27 Oct 2010

Perhaps the single most breathtaking car of the fall auction season, a 1964 Aston Martin DB5--better known as the James Bond car--sold for $4.61 million to Ohio collector Harry Yeaggy on Wednesday at the RM Auctions Automobiles of London sale. The Aston was expected to sell for more than $5 million, and the sale fell a bit short of that, registering a final bid of 2.6 million British pounds, or $4,114,760. Buyer's premiums raise the total sale price to $4.61 million.
