This listing is for the Armrest Console Lid off a 95 Honda Prelude 5speed H23. It is black leather and in good working order. It shows a little wear on the front left corner, as you can see in the fifth photo, but all around it's in nice shape for the year. It should fit 92-96, but please check with your local parts department to verify before purchasing. I only guarantee my parts to fit the year of the vehicle it was removed from. Drivers 'concerned' by automatic speed limit technology

These Intelligent Speed Adaptation (ISA) systems are designed to force cars to drive within the speed limit and can automatically reduce a car’s speed without the driver’s input. The Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM) says 75% of drivers it asked thought ISA systems would compromise safety, while 78% did not want to see this technology retro-fitted to older cars.
