Ford Euro tuning partner Mountune sets up shop in US
Thu, 08 Aug 2013U.K.-based Ford tuner Mountune is opening up a satellite location in California. The company is not well known on this side of the Atlantic, but across the pond it enjoys the status of being Ford's official European tuning partner. Mountune will be offering high-performance racing components for a number of Ford vehicles in the states, and we're excited to see what they'll be able to do with the rabid Ford Focus ST and Fiesta ST models.

BMW X4 confirmed for production in 2014

As previously reported by CAR, the new 2014 X4 is in essence a baby X6 - a sort of squashed coupe-cum-4x4 to appeal to outward-going types. Now Frank-Peter Arndt, BMW's board member in charge of production, has confirmed the new BMW X4 will be built at Plant Spartanburg in South Carolina, USA.
