Long tube headers for your 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 Ford MUSTANG COBRA and 2003, 2004 Mach 1, 4.6L engine, 4 valve

 

 Tubing diameter is 1-5/8" with 3" collector diameter CNC-machined 3/8" thick steel flanges are matched to exhaust port profile for optimum seal and flow Flash-controlled 16-gauge carbon steel primaries provide greater durability than light gauge stainless steel

Length and diameter of mandrel-bent tubing is optimized for flow and best performance increases. Tubes enter collector in proper sequence for maximum scavenging O2 sensor and EGR fittings on these headers

Included X-Pipe is 2-1/2" mandrel-bent tubing diameter and is swedged to fit 3" header collectors

Comes complete with necessary gaskets and fasteners for installation


These headers come with standard black paint finish but they are also available with high temperature metallic-ceramic coating, please see my Ebay or email for details if interested.

These headers are not legal for use on catalyst equipped vehicles, except for racing vehicles, which may not be operated on a highway. It is the responsibility of the customer to reinstall these devices on the vehicle.

We tend to refer to Koenigsegg as men in a shed in Sweden, which might sound disparaging – but it isn’t. It’s a big doff of the cap to an operation which, by any normal standards in the car world, is so small it couldn’t possibly do anything really innovative and ground breaking.

Automakers, aided by a rise in pickup demand and new models such as the Chevrolet Cruze, Fiat 500 and Ford Focus small cars, posted higher U.S. sales in June. Sales rose 11 percent at GM, with car demand climbing 28 percent and pickup truck volume up 15 percent.
