Honda's FCEV concept previewed ahead of LA show

Honda has announced its FCEV concept will be making its world debut at the upcoming Los Angeles auto show. The carmaker is remaining fairly tight-lipped about the concept, although it has released this artful render. Honda also says the FCEV concept previews a potential design direction for its next-generation fuel-cell electric vehicle (FCEV) launching in the U.S and Japan in 2015 and later in Europe.

At Ford’s ‘Go Further’ even in Amsterdam today, it’s been revealed that the compact SUV Ford EcoSport will be sold in Europe. (adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});Ford in Brazil has been building a small SUV based on the Fiesta for almost a decade, and the new Ford EcoSport is a new version based on the latest Fiesta platform and already on sale in South America and India. Now Ford has confirmed – to no one’s great surprise – that they will be launching the EcoSport in the UK and Europe in the next eighteen months.

What better solution than something mixing the design class of a Bentley with the snow-covering ability of a downhill toboggan? Bentley designers John Paul Gregory imagined a futuristic Santa Azure Sleigh (complete with rifled tailpipes and exposed Bentley Blitzen powerplant), while Yunwoo Jeong turned the Continental GTC cabrio into a sleigh with quad-outrigged headlamps and begoggled Santa.
