This listing is for the Throttle Valve Body Assembly from a 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis. There is a small washer that is missing, but easily replaced. Otherwise the condition is very good, and the Performance Spacer is in newer condition, and I believe the spacer alone is worth your money. The pictures are of the parts you'll receive.
