99 00 01 02 03 RX300 HIGHLANDER 3.0L FWD 1MZFE DOHC 24 VALVE OEM INTAKE MANIFOLD NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. ENGINE HAS 3 MONTH WARRANTY All engines DO NOT include starter, alternator, steering pump, turbo or supercharger, A/C compressor, plastic engine covers, ECU, coil pack, distributor or throttle bodies. All engines are sold as a long block, all other included components are considered convenience items and are not covered by our warranty. Most engines will include the intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds, fuel system, harness, and sensors but it will be noted on the listing if any are included. These items are not guaranteed or covered under our guarantee. You should expect to use your existing intake manifold(s), exhaust manifold(s), sensors, and harness to eliminate complications when installing a used engine. Changing the timing belt is recommended on engines with a belt. The timing belt is a maintenance item. If the timing belt is not changed and you have an issue related to the timing belt we will not be able to warranty the engine. In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items. WARRANTY PERIOD BEGINS ON THE DAY THE PART IS DELIVERED. GM profits surge to $3.2 billion in first quarter
Thu, 05 May 2011General Motors on Thursday posted net income of $3.2 billion for the first quarter, its fifth straight quarterly profit since emerging from bankruptcy. Stripping out one-time charges and gains, including $1.6 billion in income from the March sale of GM's ownership in Delphi Automotive, GM earned $2 billion before interest and taxes. GM's net income for the January-through-March period a year earlier was $865 million.
Opel Ampera preview
Tue, 27 Jan 2009Opel has released a teaser sketch of its new five-door extended-range electric car ahead of its public debut at the Geneva Auto Show in March. Based on the Voltec powertrain and chassis architecture of Chevrolet's Volt, the Ampera promises to surpass that car in terms of style by some margin. The body appears to be nearly identical between the A- and C-pillars, but the deformed horseshoe-shaped headlamp design and two-bar grille come straight from the 2007 Flextreme concept, as do the car's tree-branch alloy wheels.
