     Used: Items listed as used, are used items. The conditions of item/s are as you see in the pictures and are auctioned/sold in 'As Is' condition. They are used and may have signs of minor normal wear and tear we did not see. We try our best to describe as accurately as possible and to show the condition with big pictures. But we are human and sometimes mistakes are made. If there is a problem with our description or listing please contact us. Ask before biding if there are any questions, doubts or unclear pictures.
     New: Items listed as 'new' are new items, not used items in like new condition. We may have new items that have not been used, however may have been sitting on shelves, moved around and may have minor/negligible surface scratches. Some pictures (of apparel)may be of the same item but different in color. The correct color will always be posted above with the description. The sizes do vary between brands. Please make sure you purchase the correct size and color as there may be NO RETURNS on your particular item. If there is an item you are interested in and don't see it in our listings please contact us and we'll try to find it for you at a good price. If you see a problem with our listing, have a question or unclear picture please contact us. 

Buyer Responsibility:If you bid, that means you have every intention of buying the item at your maximum bid price plus shipping and handling. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fee posted or not, or if the posted fee is incorrect for whatever reasons. Buyer has 3 days after the end of auction or purchase to pay in full with PayPal or we will report to eBay. If there are any questions ask before bidding.

Payment: We accept only Paypal. If you do not have paypal please do not bid on/purchase our items, or we will be forced to report to eBay because you did not pay. If you have a question ask before biding.

Shipping and Handling: 
    Free Shipping: Free shipping is shipped by our choice of UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
    Shipping: We ship within 1 business day of receipt of PayPal payment (Please don't forget about the weekends and holidays.) We use USPS Priority Air Mail and/or UPS Ground for Continental US shipping. We have an account with UPS to save on shipping. The savings are passed directly onto you, our costumers. We also get online discount with USPS. Again we pass the discounts onto our costumers. We do professional packaging to ensure the safety of the contents. NO ADDITIONAL FEES ARE ADDED. On large and/or heavy items we may add a small handling/packaging fee. If you pay more then the shipping fee, we will refund you the extra payment. Our Shipping fee and time rating should not be anything but 5 stars. 
    Auction: You pay what we pay for the actual shipping. NO ADDITIONAL FEES. Some large/heavy items may include additional fees.
    Buy It Now: NO ADDITIONAL FEES. Some large/heavy items may be subject to additional fees.) 
    Pick Ups and Combined Shipping: For pick ups you still must pay with paypal. We will send a new invoice after end of auction/purchases not including the shipping fee. Please do not pay until the new invoice is sent. Combined shipping is calculated after end of auction/purchases. We will calculate the new shipping fees and send the invoice. Please don't pay until we send the new invoice.
    International shipping: For international shipping we add about $3.00 for the time spent at the post office to make sure the packages are correct so that there are no returns from the post office. Due to international package size limits, make sure that the large items are within your countries accepted size. We can't check every country. Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your customs prior bidding. If there are any questions, ask before bidding.

Tax: All California residents are subject to Los Angeles tax rate.
