A Garrett exclusive ball bearing cartridge for unbeatable response, efficiency, and durability. Elimination of the thrust bearing eliminates failures at elevated boost levels.
The 88mm GT compressor wheel provides 33% more flow than the stock 80mm wheel. Ported shroud housing improves compressor flow range for surge control.
1.00 A/R turbine housing for free flowing exhaust with reduced back pressure and up to 200 degrees reduction in exhaust gas temperature.
Maximum recommended boost level is 40psi

McLaren P1 Geneva reveal confirmed & first instrument view
Wed, 06 Feb 2013The McLaren P1 supercar has been confirmed for a Geneva Motor Show debut and we get the first peek at the P1′s ‘Race’ instruments. McLaren are certainly making the most of the reveal of the P1 and are still keeping the exact specifications close to their chest, although we do know that the P1 will get a modified version of the V8 in the 12C with a hybrid KERS type boost offering something north of 900bhp. But McLaren has thrown us a titbit of extra information with the Geneva confirmation in the form of two photos of the digital instruments in the P1 (inset above and in the main photo gallery for the P1).
As Autumn Term Starts IAM Warns Drivers Of Distracted Youngsters
Wed, 03 Sep 2014LEADING road safety charity the Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM) has issued a warning to drivers to stay on their guard on their daily commute, as distracted youngsters make their way home from school at the start of the autumn term. Many schools in England return from the summer break this week, and as is the case each year the risk of an accident becomes significantly greater as the school run brings with it a 20 per cent growth in rush hour traffic. While much has been said about watching out for youngsters on their way to school, the IAM has warned that a greater risk comes on the way home from school – where under 16’s are more likely to be distracted by playing with their friends, listening to music or interacting on social media on their phones.
