PCM from a 1999 Dodge Durango. Removed from a vehicle that ran well with no CELs or stored
codes. The case and connectors have no damage. Pictures below are of the actual part you will receive.

This PCM doesn't require VIN programming to work in your vehicle as many Chrysler computers do.
The security on this type of vehicle is run through the body control module (BCM) and not the PCM
itself, so while the PCM does not need to be programmed, your BCM may need to be programmed
so it will correctly communicate with this PCM. This process requires the use of the original key fob,
which is non-existent on most of these vehicles, so we highly recommend making certain that you
or your repair facility can perform this procedure before ordering.

Part number is 56040106AE (56040106 is the only part that needs to match). Fits 99 Durango 4x4
with 5.2L engine and Federal emissions. Please make sure to match the part number before ordering
to ensure compatibility.

New 2014 VW Golf R gets 296bhp – first photos

Wed, 21 Aug 2013

The 2014 Volkswagen Golf R (pictured) revealed ahead of its Frankfurt debut We had expected the new Volkswagen Golf R to debut at Geneva this year, but that debut turned out to be the rather disappointing Mk 6 VW Golf R Cabrio, that not only sacrificed 4WD but came at a silly price (which VW subsequently dropped by more than £5k). But this time there’s no mistake, and the 2014 version of the VW Golf R – complete with 4WD, we’re pleased to say -will arrive next month at the Frankfurt Motor Show before going on sale in early 2014. Under the bonnet the 2.0 litre petrol turbo delivers a healthy 296bhp (300PS) and 280lb/ft of torque which is sent to all four wheels through VW’s latest Haldex 4Motion 4WD, with the ability to decouple the back axle drive under low load conditions and send almost all the power to the back wheels too when demanded.

JAC SC-9 concept promises new brand identity, hi-tech interface for Beijing

Thu, 10 Apr 2014

The JAC SC-9 concept is the latest concept to be announced ahead of next week's Beijing motor show. A statement from the company describes this crossover as combining the "exclusivity of a luxury Gran Turismo, the flexibility of a genuine off-road vehicle and the excitement of a high performance sports car" and we're interested to see how these characteristics are brought together. Designed in JAC's Turin-based Italian Style Centre under design director Lou Tik, the SC-9 is also said to introduce a new brand identity for the Chinese carmaker as well as featuring "ground-breaking interface technology".

Audi e-bike glides in to Worthersee

Sat, 19 May 2012

Audi e-bike - a desirable object The Audi e-bike – a high-end pedalec – has been revealed at Worthersee and designed for sport, fun and tricks. If you’re going to make any form of transport work with an electric motor, then it’s really only sensible to make the EV bit just one part of the equation. That’s why range-extender cars are the only really viable alternative to a regular ICE car – if you ignore the extra cost – and why an electric bicycle makes so much sense.
