Fisker gets funding for Karma & NINA

The Fisker Karma - should move to market quickly with new funding But late yesterday the DOE in the US approved loans to Fisker of $528 million (around £323 million). That should help. The 2014 Citroen C4 Cactus has been revealed ahead of the car's official debut at the Geneva motor show next month. The all-new model is the first in Citroen's new C-Line model range and introduces a world-first, in the form of  'Airbump' - air-filled plastic panels at the front, rear and sides of the car which are designed to protect the bodywork from minor bumps and scrapes . The C4 Cactus production car closely resembles the stiking concept car of the same name that was unveiled at the 2013 Frankfurt motor show and it will be one of the most distinctive cars on the road when it goes on sale in the UK in October.

Toyota has fixed half of the 180k cars recalled over the sticky throttle problems It seems like forever ago that we revealed the enormous problems Toyota had with a mass worldwide recall on a  chunk of the cars they’ve produced in the last few years, but it’s actually only a little over a month – even less since we reported on the Prius recall. But having reported the negatives about Toyota – deservedly so – it’s only fair to report the positives. The Toyota Recall for the sticky accelerator affected a rather significant 180,965 cars in the UK alone.
