Distributor Seal & O-Rings 3-Piece Kit for Acura Vigor Premium Quality NOK & Ishino (OEM) Brand - Made in Japan Product Description: This 3-piece kit includes one (1) internal distributor seal (NOK brand) & two (2) external o-rings (Ishino brand) for 1992-1994 Acura Vigor. Both the seal and o-rings are made in Japan. The o-ring dimensions are: 37.7mm ID x 3.5mm thick. The seal is 22.7mm OD x 12.2mm ID x 4.8mm thick. Application: This distributor seal and o-ring kit is designed to fit 1992-1994 Acura Vigor only. The Acura Vigor is unique in that the o-rings are a larger diameter compared to other Honda/Acura applications. Tech Notes: This distributor seal fits on the shaft inside the distributor. Over time, the seal becomes hard and brittle, giving rise to oil leaks. When replacing this internal seal, it's a good idea to replace the distributor o-rings too. The o-ring is located on the outside mounting shaft of the distributor. Like the seal, over time the o-ring also becomes hard and brittle, leading to oil leaks in the area surrounding the distributor housing. If you have an oil leak, the o-ring is a common cause. No sealant is needed when installing either the seal or o-ring. All surfaces should be clean and free of debris prior to installation. Escort is a badge China knows – there are plenty of old Escorts floating around Chinese roads – so it’s a sensible move by Ford to revive a badge that already resonates as a compact, affordable saloon with Chinese car buyers. This new Escort gets a proper version of Ford’s latest design language – including the Aston Martin grill – and has good lines and strong detail including jeweled headlights with the lucky Chinese ’8′ discernible ; it looks entirely cohesive and nothing like a Focus with a boot grafted on.

AAA to deploy fast-charging trucks for stranded EV drivers
Wed, 22 Jun 2011The American Automobile Association plans to use fast-charging trucks to help electric-vehicle drivers who get stranded when their car battery runs out. AAA will begin testing the trucks starting in August, the group told Bloomberg. At first, there will be six "mobile charging units" stationed in California, Oregon, Washington, Florida, Tennessee and Georgia.
