AEM Ethanol Content Flex Fuel Sensor Kit -6 AN 30-2201

AEM Ethanol Content Flex Fuel Sensor Kit -6 AN 30-2201

AEM's Flex Fuel Ethanol Content Sensor Kits measure a vehicle's fuel ethanol content percentage and fuel temperature, which allows users with programmable engine management systems (capable of tuning for flex fuel) the ability to optimize an engine's tuning calibration for fuel ethanol content. While many gas stations label flex fuel as E85 (85% Ethanol and 15% Gasoline), actual ethanol content can be much different. Using AEM's Flex Fuel Ethanol Content Sensor delivers the ability to determine the amount of fuel blend being used at any given time.

This sensor is ideal for use with AEM's Infinity standalone programmable ECU and Series 2 EMS on flex-fuel equipped vehicles, or it can be connected to a dash display or data logger.

Maserati Levante SUV confirmed for 2015 – Alfieri could arrive in 2016

Fri, 07 Mar 2014

The Maserati Levante SUV (pictured) will arrive in 2015 Fiat’s plans top revive the Maserati brand are off to a good start after sales grew strongly last year to more than 22,500 cars in the first nine months with the new Quattroporte and new Ghibli contributing strongly to those figures. But with a target of 50,000 sales a year, Maserati need new models too and the next in line for production is the Maserati Levante SUV, which Sergio Marchionne has now confirmed will arrive in production guise in 2015. It was expected the Levante would be a re-working of the new Jeep Grand Cherokee, but with the Grand Cherokee selling in droves – and with a desire to make the Levante as ‘Italian’ as possible – it now looks like the Levante will get a version of the platform underpinning the Ghibli and use Maserati’s own 4WD system.

Wed, 23 Jul 2008

By James Foxall and CAR reader reporter Jacomoseven Motor Shows 23 July 2008 15:02 After the spate of new Jaguars of late, not to mention a takeover, it should come as no surprise that Jag didn't have much to shout about at the London motor show. What’s new on Jaguar’s London motor show stand?Don’t get too excited, but there’s the XK60 – a special anniversary version of the non-supercharged sports car, designed to celebrate six decades of the XK. It’s basically five grand’s worth of body kit and a chrome gearlever surround for the same money as a regular model.
