This auction is for an original Alfa Romeo 2600 black plastic steering wheel and will fit other models. It is 16 ¼” across. It comes with the original horn button. Both the wheel and horn button assembly are in excellent condition although the center button has some crazing in the lens. All the black plastic is in excellent condition with no cracks or gouges. This is an excellent candidate for an original ‘survivor’ or a restored example.

New Ford Mustang for Europe gets 500 orders in first 30 seconds

The new Ford Mustang (pictured) was much in demand. The new Ford Mustang effectively went on sale in Europe at the UEFA Champions League final at the weekend, and it was an overwhelming success for Ford. Not only did Ford get the first 500 registrations – enough for the entire initial European offering – in the first 30 seconds,  it ended up with a total of 9,300 registrations during the match, and Ford say the lucky 500 ‘winners’ – 130 of them in the UK – will be notified in the next few weeks if they’re getting a new Mustang.

The 2010 Volkswagen Tiguan Track and Avenue Even when you buy a compact  SUV, it’s nice to have the option of some luxury toys. And car makers like to offer range-topping cars with lots of toys added and throw a new moniker in to the mix. Ford have a range-topping Kuga in the shape of the Individual, and Volkswagen has now pulled the same trick with the VW Tiguan bu adding the ‘Track and Avenue’ to the mix.

But we got a fresh look at the car on Thursday--with the "spy" art helpfully provided by Suzuki. It was attached to a "save the date" e-mail to members of the North American Car and Truck of the Year jury.
