Up for bid is a catalog and dealer only information for the Amante GT. This catalog is filled with some fantastic info! Really sharp images and advertising for the era! Is used but appears to be in good condition. Came out of an old speed shop that closed in the early 1970's. Please look through photos and ask questions. Happy bidding!

The Vision Gran Turismo car has been created by Mercedes design team without the constraints of the real world, so we get a Mercedes supercar that goes a little beyond practical realities. There’s a great big statement grill that looks like an evolution of a 1950s Mercedes racer, a long bonnet, a compact cabin area and a back end with a tapered roof construct and huge bulging arches.
Hyundai plans bigger V8 for Genesis, Equus
Fri, 25 Jun 2010When the Hyundai Equus luxury sedan goes on sale this fall, it will be powered by the 4.6-liter Tau V8 from the Genesis sedan. But at an unspecified later date, both the Equus and Genesis sedans will get a new 5.0-liter version of the Tau engine making 429 hp and 376 lb-ft of torque. Hyundai also is working on all-wheel drive for its rear-wheel-drive cars, which is to say the Genesis and Equus, which ride on different versions of the same platform.
Audi R8 V10 sells for $500,000 at charity auction

At the third annual Boca Raton Concours d'Elegance in Florida last weekend, the Audi R8--the first one in the United States equipped with the 5.2-liter V10--was the winner in a charity auction, selling for $500,000, well above the car's sticker price of $180,000. Meanwhile, the Ferrari California was snapped up for $350,000, a bit more than the $225,000 sticker price.
