Orders may be shipped with signature delivery required. Please inquire with us in case this is not acceptable and we may make an exception.

Orders may ship from Ohio or one of our distributors from the US.  We currently have 15 locations in the US that your package may ship from.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. We ship to all 48 contiguous States.  Items are shipped using the shipping option you chose at checkout.  We can use ground shipping, 2nd day or next day shipping. . We can combine shipping on multiple orders.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other US Territories outside the contiguous US will incur additional shipping charges.  We ship USPS Priority Mail or Express to these states.  Please email us for a shipping costs.  If a purchase is made and paid for, we may ask you for additional shipping fees.

14 Day return policy on most purchases. Item must be “Brand New” in box, no exceptions.  We cannot return any installed, used, broken parts unless they are non-working upon arrival.

After the 14 time period, if item is need repaired, please contact the manufacturer for warranty instructions.  You can also contact us and we will do our best to help replace or fix your item but not guaranteed.

Blister pack items are unable to be returned unless item is non-working upon arrival.

We’ve had changes for 2010 to the 3 Series Coupe and Convertible and last month we reported that there was going to be a BMW M3 Competition Package on offer very soon. BMW has now caught up with our story and have revealed the details of the M3 Competition Package for the UK.

Even as it shrinks its North American product portfolio, General Motors is negotiating with Toyota Motor Corp. to determine a new GM product to be jointly produced at the automakers' 50-50 joint venture, New United Motor Manufacturing Inc. A GM spokesman said that, if successful, the negotiations would result in a new model for one of GM's surviving brands -- Chevrolet, Buick, GMC or Cadillac.
