Up for auction is a vintage wiper motor from a very old antique car. The windshield frame is wood and the wiper motor is made by Stromberg Motor Devices Company from Chicago Illinois. It is a two speed electric motor, and I have not tested it, as the wiring was cut off at the motor. Wish I could tell you which vehicle it is for, but--? Good Luck Bidding!

Women are now the driving force in cars
Thu, 26 Jun 2014WOMEN now account for more than half of all driving licence holders in the USA and the UK is set to follow this example by 2016. Younger women drivers are helping to boost the number of female driving licence holders around the world, but older women drivers are also growing in number. The number of males applying for a new driving licence has declined in the last three years, but the number of women applying for a driving licence has gone up by 2.5%.

Mini celebrates 50 years since Monte win
Wed, 29 Jan 2014IT'S 50 years since the iconic Mini Cooper S won the Monte Carlo Rally and to mark the occasion the famous car and its driver have been brought back together. Paddy Hopkirk took the Mini to its maiden win on the Monte Carlo Rally, and the car went on to win again in 1965 and 1967. It should also have won in 1966, but it was denied due to a technical infringement with its lights.
