The tool is used to secure and maintain TDC timing
alignment when the cam belt is serviced or removed for other
front-engine or cylinder head service tasks.

Kit Includes:
A set of two locking / adjustment fixtures that interface with the camshafts
12-mm (diameter) x 40-mm long pin for locating the
crankshaft at TDC (Top Dead Center) when timing the engine or servicing
the timing belt or flywheel / drive plate.
Special 3/8" drive socket designed specifically to adjust
the variable valve timing on the exhaust camshaft to the base position
when performing timing belt or other front-engine service on Audi 3.0L, 5
valve engines. -
This tool only work on Audi A4 and A6 platforms from
2000-2004 3.0L V6 AVK series of engines. It is not applicable to any
5-valve engines.

We all know that classic Ferraris are one of the better investments you can make, certainly in the long term. Just look at the recent sale of a Ferrari 250 GTO for $35 million (new price in the early 1960s was £6k) for evidence of the enormous prices classic Ferraris fetch, certainly the pre-Fiat Ferraris where production numbers were small.

Henrik Fisker, co-founder of Fisker Automotive, has resigned from the company as Fisker seeks funding to move forward. But Henrik Fisker managed to convince the car world his Fisker Karma was credible, even if its gestation has been plagued by problems, the latest of which has been the demise of its battery supplier – A123 Systems – and the wrecking of a dock full of seemingly uninsured Karmas by Hurricane Sandy. The current problems at Fisker has seen them seeking a new investor, with two Chinese companies – Geely and Dohnfeng – vying to take a majority stake in Fisker Automotive and help Fisker recover sales of the Karma and move on with Project Nina, the smaller Fisker Atlantic.
