New patented technology (laser cutting under the pressure of liquefied inert gas) allows us to maintain not only absolute precision in manufacturing the stainless steel diaphragm, but also handling the cutting corners in a way that the edges of the diaphragm and especially the manufactured WURH (worm up regulalator hole) are ideally precise without compromising the geometry of the diaphragm.

Repair kit for a four cylinder Cast Iron (not adjustable) Bosch K-Jetronic Fuel Distributor
 
The kit  contains:

• One stainless steel diaphragm made with advanced technology
• Four O-rings for  metering slot body (Viton o-rings have much higher temperature and chemical resistance)
• Two O-rings for pushup valve (two different sizes depending on the type of the valve) and one for primary-pressure regulator.
• Two O-rings for control piston (Viton)
• Two O-rings for  control plunger inside fuel distributor (two different sizes). Viton.
• One O-ring for connection between fuel distributor and  Air Flow Meter. OEM.
• Set (15 pcs) of copper seal rings for screws and connection ports.

If you have a fuel distributor made by Bosch with a number that is not mentioned above, you may contact us by email, and we can provide you with a kit designed for your vehicle.
