SmallTownSpeed is proud to be the North American dealer for the quality cast aluminum, Australian made, AussieSpeed product line. This is for one brand new, Aussie Speed logo cast aluminum clutch cover with mounting hardware. I've only brought 2 of these Aussie Speed logo covers into the US; so if you want to stand out with parts from down under, this is the clutch cover for you! This has a more traditional depth than the finned covers I sell, which can limit the use of some of the larger high performance clutches, but works great with the Max-torque or even some of the Hilliard high performance clutches(if your running a big disk style clutch check out my deeper finned covers, or you can modify the mounting on this to space it out a little bit). The mounting bracket has a standard bolt hole spacing that works with most Briggs, Honda, and Clone motors, and M6x1.0 bolts are included, but SOME motors may use SAE or different thread metric hardware, so check your threads before forcing those bolts into place. Note: These are small production run, sand cast, aluminum parts. These are high quality parts, but due to the manufacturing process, there can be very slight variances from part to part, and they do come with an "as cast" finish which is coarse. I personally run these parts, and have been blown away by the quality(have never had an issue with any of them), but just want to remind people that these are cast parts, not factory made, cnc machined billet parts(which is a big part of why I prefer these parts).

If you are in a rush to get the part, please contact me, and I will do everything I can get it out fast(and if you contact me, I can make special arrangements, and 99% of the time can get it sent out the same day). But if you are somebody who expects everything to be shipped instantly "come hell or high water", please find another seller who will better fit your needs, because I may very well be busy dealing with hell or high water, or just unwinding and riding my motorcycles. Nissan’s Juke-R vs Supercars irritating video trailers
Tue, 01 May 2012Nissan's Juke-R vs Supercars Nissan are trailing a video of the Juke-R racing supercars in Dubai with a frustrating string of very short video trailers. Back in January we published an amateur video of the bonkers Nissan Juke-R racing a whole heap of supercars on a street track at the International Arena in Dubai and it was an interesting race, even if the production values were pretty much non-existent. But the real deal on the day was a professional video shoot by Nissan to allow a bit more Juke-R fairy dust to be sprinkled round the Interwebs with a slick and polished race story video, with Gran Turismo gamer Lucus Ordonez pitting the Nissan Juke-R against Salah Salahuddin’s supercar collection - which they’ve finally got round to editing.
Mazda MX-5 Superlight concept at 2009 Frankfurt motor show

Mazda started with the facelifted version of its third-gen sports car and pared it back to basics to create an uncompromising sub-1000kg two-seater sports car. According to project lead designer Hasip Girgin, the challenge was 'to evolve the MX-5, developed to perfection during the last 20 years, to a higher and extreme level.' As such, Mazda seems to be treating the MX-5 Superlight like a portly Caterham, claiming the lack of a windscreen and roof makes the driver and passenger feel more connected with the environment.
