Sizing information

To measure your correct helmet size, measure the circumference of the head, like a headband, one inch above the eyebrows, above the ears. Match inch measurement to chart.  If between sizes, choose the next larger size. Helmet should fit snugly but not overly tight so it would give you a headache in an hour. Remember that all cheek pads will compress in time and the fit will become looser after a month of usage. Watch the YouTube video: search: Jay Leno helmet fit

Concept Car of the Week: Porsche Tapiro (1970)

Fri, 11 Jan 2013

By the late 1960s it was time for Porsche to create a new car that would replace its ageing entry-level model, the 912. Its sister company Volkswagen also needed a sports coupe to replace the Karmann Ghia and so the two brands joined together to develop what would become the Porsche 914. These days the 914 holds something of a ‘cool factor', generally considered as the ‘black sheep' in Porsche history.

Expect to see the two-door's sleek look transferred to the regular saloon, with the taut waistline and nose treatment essentially carried over. The A5 is Audi's new mid-sized coupe and it's aimed squarely at the likes of the BMW 3-series coupe and Mercedes CLK.

Peugeot 208 GTI (2012) first official pictures

Mon, 03 Sep 2012

You might well be fed up with Peugeot's recent hot hatch efforts being compared in vain to the iconic 205 GTI, but Peugeot is so confident they've got it right at last with the 208, they're likening it to the iconic Eighties pocket rocket. Kicking out 197bhp, the 208 GTI is also usefully lighter than its 207 predecessor, helping acceleration and efficiency stats... Alright then, give me the numbers on the 2012 Peugeot 208 GTI For the first time in quite a while, it's the weight (or lack thereof) that's the headline number on a new hot hatch, rather than a big power figure.
