AutoXray EZ-Scan AX6000
The AutoXray EZ-Scan AX6000 (Part # AX6000) is an OBD-I and OBD-II scanner which includes all OBD-II protocols, including the newly released Controller Area Network [CAN] protocol. The tool has the added benefit to display selected enhanced codes and vehicle data for GM, Ford, Chrysler and Toyota. The CAN protocol is currently being used in a variety of vehicles and will be the mandated protocol in all new vehicles by 2008. This tool includes all the features of the EZ-SCAN AX5000 plus OBD-II ENHANCED vehicle coverage for Ford, GM, Chrysler and Toyota. The AX6000 also includes the EZ-PC AX500 PC software. Staying current with the very latest in automotive scanning doesn't have to be a complex effort. The CAN-compliant EZ-Scan makes keeping up with the latest a simple matter. Pagani Huayra sets Top Gear lap record and places marker for McLaren P1
Tue, 29 Jan 2013The Pagani Huyra set a stunning record time on the Top Gear track last week and in the process laid down a marker for the new McLaren P1. The return of Top Gear at the weekend for Series 19 saw Richard Hammond get to grips with the Pagani Huayra – successor to his beloved Zonda – and after a thoroughly positive test drive Hammond handed over to the Stig to take the Huayra round the Top Gear track. In the hands of the Stig, the 6.0 litre V12 AMG engine with 730 horses powered the Huayra to a time of just 1:13.8, beating the previous record for a production car, held by the Ariel Atom V8, by a sizeable 1.3 seconds.

Infiniti to get Audi A3 fighter in product blitz
Mon, 04 Jul 2011Nissan plans to introduce a compact, entry-level Infiniti model below the G series to compete against such cars as the Audi A3 and Lexus CT 200h. The car would be part of a global product blitz to build Infiniti's lineup to 10 vehicles from seven by 2017. The car would be based on the Etherea concept shown in March at the Geneva auto show, a person familiar with the plan says.
