Wed, 25 Jan 2012James Bond is best known for driving Aston Martins past and present. But over the course of 22 movies, Ian Fleming's character has piloted all sorts of motorized machines. To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Bond films, the National Motor Museum in Beaulieu, England, has put together an exhibit highlighting 50 of the most recognizable vehicles from his movies.

Fri, 19 Feb 2010This is Citroen taking a swipe at the Mini Cooper S Works – and giving us a hint at what Sebastian Leob will be driving in next year’s WRC. The DS3 Racing is a pumped up version of the new C3-based premium supermini and just 1000 will be finished at the workshops of Citroen Racing, the team behind 11 rally championship titles. Based on the production 1.6 THP, the Racing version gets tweaks to the turbo, exhaust and engine management system to boost power from 148bhp to 197bhp and add 26lb ft of twist for a 203lb ft total.

Thu, 16 May 2013Johan Schwartz shattered the Guinness World Record for longest sustained drift in a BMW M5 Saturday, completing a total of 322.5 laps and covering 51.278 miles. Schwartz, a BMW Performance Driving instructor, beat the previous 6.94-mile drift record at the BMW Performance Center in Greenville, S.C. using just one set of Continental tires.
