The top lip of the center access plate is 1/8" thick x 8" Outer Diameter.  
Then the center access plate is 5/8" x 7 5/8" Diameter

The outer edge of the 10" Outer Diameter of the Access Deck Plate Assembly is 1/4" thick.
There are six recessed mounting holes in this outer edge.
The recessed area of these six mounting holes are approximately 3/32" deep x 1/2" Inner Diameter.
Then these six mounting are approximately 5/32" x 3/16" Inner Diameter.

The top of the center access plate has a large number of tiny nubs to keep a person from slipping.
