Biltwell Inc. Window Handlebars
This item fits:
Pre-82 Models/Not Dimpled
Construction: 1-inch O.D. x 0.120” wall seamless 4130 chromoly tubing. All bends are created with internal mandrels on a CNC bender to reduce flat spots in the radiuses, and all welded joints are precision mitered and TIG welded. For exact measurements, please click the Specifications icon in the photo album. Smooth for aftermarket hand controls.
Fitment: At 9 inches from center of clamping area to
top of T bar, Biltwell Window bars fall into the “tall” category. A
mere 10 degrees of back sweep gives these bars a flat T-bar style that
works best on motorcycles with stock backbone lengths. Depending on the
height of the bars you’re replacing, longer cables and wiring may be
required. If you’re not confident in your ability to change handlebars,
please consult a professional.
These bars look great on: Big Twin, British and Japanese choppers with stock neck angles; any bike with Narrow Glide forks.

Kode 7 and Kode 9 sports cars star at the Tokyo Motor Show 2013
Thu, 21 Nov 2013One of the best things about being at an international motor show in person is coming across amazing cars you didn’t even know existed – and here at Tokyo 2013, the very best examples of this are the Kode 7 and Kode 9 on the Ken Okuyama Design stand. Absolutely stunning – but that’s hardly a surprise given the man responsible also designed the Enzo Ferrari. The Kode 7 – an evolution of the ko.7 that debuted in Geneva 2008 – appears in Exclusive (silver) and Clubman (red) guises as a lightweight track toy.
GM's historic Willow Run plant closes
Fri, 24 Dec 2010After 68 years of arming the nation and putting America on wheels, the Willow Run manufacturing plant in southeast Michigan closed on Thursday. The 5-million-square-foot powertrain plant, owned by Motors Liquidation Corp., the remnants of the former General Motors Corp., has fallen victim to GM's 2009 bankruptcy and subsequent restructuring. About 300 workers left at the plant will either “retire, transfer to another campus or go on layoff,” said Chris Lee, a spokesman for the reorganized General Motors Co.
UK car production slumps, state help sought
Fri, 21 Nov 2008By Digby Fullam Motor Industry 21 November 2008 14:30 The full effect of the downturn in the global economy is being felt by the UK motor industry, new figures out today reveal. Car production at British factories fell by 29.5% from October 2007's figure. That makes it the worst October production figures since 1991 which, if you’ll cast your mind back, was the last recession. The Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders blamed the slump on 'a rapid reduction in demand for motor vehicles.' It’s not just us Brits that aren’t buying cars, either.
