THIS LISTING IS FOR 1 BRAND NEW BLACK FENDER SEAT BOLT COARSE THREAD,1 FINE THREAD, 1 NYLON WASHER AND 1 COVER AS PICTURED. THE BOLTS ARE KNURLED AROUND THE SIDE AND HAVE A DOMED TOP.

THE 4TH PICTURE SHOWS THE STYLE BRACKET THESE COVERS WORK WITH THAT BRACKET IS NOT INCLUDED.

THE ONE BOLT HAS A COARSE THREAD 1/4 X 20 FOR USE WITH ANY 1/4 X 20 THREADED HOLE ON THE FENDER. MAY ALSO BE USED WITH OUR FENDER SEAT NUT KIT WE SELL IN OUR EBAY STORE WHICH HAS 1/4 X 20 THREADS AND CAN BE USED ON MANY CUSTOM BIKES THAT WAY. ALL HARLEY MODELS FROM 1996 TO PRESENT SPORTSTER, DYNA, SOFTAIL, AND TOURING USE THIS 1/4 X 20 BOLT.

THE SECOND BOLT INCLUDED IS A FINE THREAD 1/4 X 28. THIS WAS USED ON MANY HARLEY MODELS FROM 1973 TO 1995.

THE LAST 3 PICTURES ARE TO SHOW WHAT THIS WILL LOOK LIKE INSTALLED ON A SEAT/BRACKET.

Volkswagen Group's decision to take full control of Porsche Automobil Holding SE's carmaking business is seen as positive by analysts. VW said it has agreed to buy the remaining 50.1 percent of Porsche SE's automotive business that it doesn't already own for 4.46 billion euros ($5.54 billion), ending a seven-year takeover saga that divided two of Germany's most powerful families. The agreement means Volkswagen can now fully fold the Porsche automaking business into its stable of brands, which range from Audi and Bentley sedans to Skoda and Seat volume models and Ducati motorbikes.

The next chapter in the Saab cash crunch appears to involve Spyker selling Saab real estate to an unnamed financial institution, with the automaker leasing the property back for its operations. Saab has been forced to shut down production twice in the past few weeks in the wake of unpaid supplier bills, raising concerns that Dutch owner Spyker may be facing a liquidity crunch. The latest move is likely aimed at freeing capital for the automotive operations while the company negotiates for a loan with the help of the Swedish government.
