Geneva motor show: The best of the rest

The Geneva motor show is filled with cars that will never feel the burn of U.S. asphalt. Still, we like to bring you the big reveals (Aston Martin, Civic Type R, Pininfarina GranLusso), just to whet your appetite -- or tell your friends across the pond what their next ride should be. But there are some cars that we pass over for the sake of time and space that really do deserve our attention. Here are some of them -- the best of the rest from Geneva.

We'll start with the SEAT Leon Cupra 280. SEAT is wholly owned by Volkswagen, which means its force is strong with the hot hatch. The Cupra 280 sports a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine delivering 280 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque. The brakes are from Brembo, and the tires are labeled Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2.
