The Peugeot 107 Millesim - the latest 200th anniversary model

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again. Hats off to Peugeot for being in business for 200 years. Being in business for 200 days can be a struggle, never mind being around since the middle of the Napoleonic wars. Not that Peugeot were building cars then, it was more your basic push bike. Still, they cracked car production 119 years ago whilst Queen Victoria was still on the throne, so they have plenty of experience.

So who can blame them for making the most of their bicentenary? And they certainly look as though they’re planning to release a ‘Millesim 200′ anniversary model across their entire range. Last week we had the Peugeot 308 Millesim amd prior to that the 207 version. Now its the baby’s turn – take a bow the Peugeot 107 Millesim 200.

Actually, we really like the Peugeot 107. When we reviewed the 107 recently we reckoned it was the best-looking of the Toyota/Citroen/Peugeot babies (although Claire dissented from that view). So if you’re going to get a city car you could do a lot worse than this specced-up 107 Millesim.

The 107 Millesim is based on the Urban Plus 107 and gets AirCon, 14″ Alloys, that cute rev counter on a stalk, some Millesim 200 badges and some Millesim Blue trim. And just like the 308 Millesim you’ll get a Nokia 5230 with SatNav if you order it this month.

The 107 Millesim us up for grabs from this month at £9,545 for the 3-door and £9,895 for the 5-door.
