The Rolls Royce Wraith joins Forza

If you play Forza Motorsport 5 for Xbox One, you have the choice of seemingly endless cars and tracks in wonderful detail, with the focus on performance and thrills. So a Rolls Royce may not seem the most obvious choice of a Forza car, but with RR’s belief that the new Wraith offers a great driving – and luxury – option, they’ve taken the step of joining the world of video games.

Developed by Turin 10 Studios, Forza Motorsport 5 gets an all-new graphics engine that brings realism to a new level, and that suits the Rolls Royce Wraith just fine.

It means the interior of the Wraith is realistically rendered, complete with Starlight headliner, and you’ll be able to choose from a palette of 12 colour schemes including two-tone jobs.

But the Wraith isn’t just about the luxury, it’s about the performance too, and with 624bhp from its 6.6 litre twin-turbo V12 – complete with satellite mapping for the road ahead – you’ll be able to make the most of its performance.

Marc Mielau, Rolls Royce Marketing Manager, said:

We are delighted to mark a first in video game history by introducing Wraith, the most powerful Rolls-Royce ever made, into Forza Motorsport 5.

The game will provide players with a new level of excitement by exploring the iconic features of Wraith. We are proud to present this compelling combination of refined super-luxury and poised dynamism in such a new and immersive way

Turin 10 have also released four more new cars for Forza 5 – as well as the Wraith – with the Renault Formula E electric race car, the Infiniti Q50 Eae Rouge, the new Mustang GT and even Top Gear’s Vauxhall Astra 1.6L so you can play ‘Star in a Reasonably Pried Car’.
