Dealerships are working to get rid of the remaining 2012 models as the year comes to an end, so there are plenty of incentives on 2012 cars, pickups and SUVs.

Here are our picks for the best deals:

Chrysler 300

Chrysler is offering up to $5,500 cash back to buyers of select 2012 Chrysler 300 models. The most steeply discounted models include both the rear-wheel and all-wheel-drive versions of the 300C, 300C Luxury Series and 300S V8, as well as the 300S Mopar 12 rear-wheel-drive model. Buyers of these models can also opt for the 0 percent financing deal for up to 60 months, plus $1,500 cash allowance. Other models of the Chrysler 300 have a $3,000 rebate or 0 percent financing for 60 months.

Hyundai Veracruz

Hyundai is offering up to $2,500 cash rebates for buyers of the 2012 Hyundai Veracruz, which is being replaced by a version of the redesigned Santa Fe. All buyers automatically qualify for $1,000 bonus cash. Hyundai owners as well as owners of competing models can get an additional $1,500 cash. Cash rebate offers apply to all buyers, including those who opt for the cut-rate financing. Finance deals include 0 percent for 36 months, 0.9 percent for 48 months, 1.9 percent for 60 months and 2.9 percent for 72 months. Finally, there is a lease deal on the 2012 Hyundai Veracruz GLS for $299 per month for 36 months and $3,199 due at lease signing.

Jeep Liberty

Jeep is offering $3,000 cash back on 2012 Jeep Liberty Latitude, Limited Jet Edition and Sport models in either 4x2 or 4x4 configurations. Buyers interested in cut-rate financing can forgo the rebate and opt for 0 percent interest for up to 60 months on the same Liberty models. Finally, there's a special lease deal on the 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport 4x2 for $259 a month for 36 months with $2,499 due at signing.

Lincoln Navigator

Lincoln is offering a $3,000 cash rebate on its 2012 Lincoln Navigator plus $1,000 bonus cash and an additional $1,000 owner loyalty for a total of $5,000 if customers own or lease a 1995 or new model from Ford Motor Co. Buyers can also opt for 0 percent financing for 60 months plus $1,000 cash rebate and the $1,000 owner loyalty bonus for a total of $2,000 in addition to the cut-rate financing.
