BLUE ARAI CLASSIC/R GL GOLDWING LARGE HELMET W/BLACK VISOR DOT/SNELL M-85 THIS HELMET MEETS OR EXCEEDS ANSI STD.Z90.1-1971SERIAL NO BA 384927 HAND MADE IN JAPAN 04/89 ON THE STRAP(I think-hard to see) SIZE LARGE HEAD SIZE 7 1/4 to 7 3/8 (59-60cm) I HAVE CLEANED THIS HELMET INSIDE & OUT, WAXED & TOUCHED UP THE OUT SIDE AS IT HAS SEVERAL NICKS AND SCRATCHES BUT IT CLEANED UP PRETTY NICE. STILL HAS NICE BLUE FINISH. (SEE PICTURES OF ALL ANGLES AND 3 OF THE INSIDE) I PUT A NEW FOAM PAD IN THE TOP AS THE OLD ONE WAS GONE. THE REST OF THE INSIDE IS REALLY NICE, CLEAN, LITTLE TO NO WEAR, NO STAINS OR SMELL!! WHITE LABEL ON INSIDE PADDING IS STILL WHITE. (SEE PICTURES) THE CHIN STRAP AND PADS ARE ALSO NICE. HAS A RED PULL ON RING FOR LOOSENING AND A RED SNAP TO KEEP LOOSE END FROM SLAPPING IN THE WIND. THERE ARE SOME NICKS AND SCRATCHES ON THIS HELMET, DOESNT LOOK BAD OR HURT ANYTHING - JUST WANTED TO MENTION IT. COMES WITH A NYLON DRAW STRING HELMET BAG. THIS WOULD BE A REAL GOOD QUALITY STARTER HELMET OR GOOD HELMET FOR THE KIDS TO BEAT AROUND IN FOR CHEAP!! ARAI HELMETS ARE VERY HIGH QUALITY SECOND TO NONE. Mon, 15 Jul 2013The 4 millionth Ford Fiesta sold in the UK (pictured) has arrived with it owner It’s 37 years since Ford launched the first Fiesta, and in that time it’s been the best-selling small car for 27 of those 37 years and the best-selling car in the UK overall since 2009. In that time Ford has managed to sell 4 million Fiestas in the UK, with the four millionth Fiesta – a Fiesta Zetec in Candy Blue with the excellent 1.0 litre EcoBoost engine – presented to its owner, Michelle Wardale, by her local Ford dealers in the North East today. Ford Fiesta production started in the days when Dagenham was a big builder of Ford cars, and the first 3 million Fiestas (bound not just for the UK) rolling out of Dagenham between 1976 and 2002.
Sky takes Mazda powertrains to the next level
Mon, 30 Aug 2010Mazda's next-generation of powertrains, called Sky, will feature a variety of new technologies that company engineers say improve fuel efficiency by 20 percent. The Sky engines--Sky-G for the gasoline version, Sky-D for diesel--coupled with a Sky-Drive automatic transmission or a six-speed manual, were offered for test drives during a technology day in Berlin. The Sky-G engine we drove was a 2.0-liter inline-four that made 160 hp and 155 lb-ft of torque.
