For sale is a blue window net for any kind of racing where you don't have a glass window. This window net comes complete with mounting rods. It's got a few tears in the stitching (see pics) but it's still very much usable. The net itself measures 17.5" x 15". I'm not totally sure on the brand, but similar kits cost close to $50 new. If you were signed up for AutoWeek Fantasy Camp, you'd have climbed into the ten best sports coupes under $50,000 for a day of blasting around the Ford Dearborn Development Center. Participants started with a morning briefing covering safety regulations and track guidelines; after that, they cut loose on the track for 9/10ths driving with pros riding shotgun, full vehicle evaluations, plus conversations with Chip Foose and the folks from Meguiars and ZF.

The very survival of Detroit is being questioned as Congress debates the $25 billion aid package to save GM, Ford and Chrysler – and now it looks as if the NAIAS is under threat too. In the past weeks, Ferrari, Land Rover, Rolls Royce, Mitsubishi, Nissan and Suzuki have announced their withdrawal from the show, which is scheduled to begin on 11 January 2009.
