This is a complete blue wazoom engine built by Uncle Frank, and west Iowa tool. When I purchased this engine on ebay, It was used. and It had the little tamper proof cap over one of  the cover bolt heads. I saved it in a bag The engine was disassembled, cleaned, and inspected all of the parts. All parts are in great condition. the cylinder was bored strait to  within .0005 of an inch using a silicone carbide Lisle hone, fine grit . This is a slow process. taking very small amounts of material at a time.  working from the bottom, of the cylinder, to the top. While keeping the stones, and cylinder walls flushed free of material with WD40. I finished it with a very fine grit ball hone. giving cross hatches at the end.The cylinder is .025 bored over. I put in a new raptor lll, piston ,and new rings.I also put in new arc rod bearigs, and torqued bolts to 100inch\lbs . the motor was assembled, with assembly lube, on all moving parts. The engine has, about 2hrs breakin\run time It did not smoke at last run, and yes it has A lot of compression. It did have a standard Wiseco piston. with total seal rings. I replaced the valves, with B&S,including a cobalite exhaust valve, and then lapped them in for a good seal. ,and set the lash at .003in\.005out. I did not replace the exhaust valve bushing. When i dropped the valve in, it felt pretty tight. I did not want to mess with the cnc ports. The orange gas tank, and carb was purchased with a stock motor on ebay. I put some fuel into the tank today, and no leak. it is a number 4 carbutetor.  i rebuilt the carb, it is all new inside. it has been reamed to .694 , and the metering holes are, .027\.057 . There is a #51 jet in there right now. This engine runs so well with this carburetor combination, that i wanted to sell it with the blue wazoom. It is running on methanol. I made sure All the bolts are torqued properly, and there are no stripped threads. This will also come with its plastic flywheel cover. That has been removed, to put on the pull start. and a pull starter clutch it is all in great condition, behind the cowling there is a bracket that holds the gas pump. It also holds the 3hp hot coil. If you like i can send you pictures. The 3 long bolts for the bracket, is in the gas pump.(pictures). The engine cover was painted orange before my purchasing it. As a guide I used the book, Building a race ready 5hp Briggs, by Jimmy Glenn, and the Briggs and Stratton single cylinder "L" head repair manual. and a few practice blocks.                                         PARTS LIST; Blue Wazoom Shaved head, with fire slot. A Blue Wazoom tuned pipe, and RLV muffler. Blue Wazoom CNC block serial number 023154,(DU,bearing) by West Iowa Tool. Blue Wazoom cam. Blue Wazoom, crankshaft\ ball bearings (slip fit,) and tappets. It has an ARC rod, Raptor lll piston .025. and  Blue Wazoom, double valve springs. Also an aluminum valve cover, with a plastic hose connector. and two long bolts (not pictured). 3hp hot coil, a 3hp fly wheel. B&S fuel pump,  Coil\ fuel pump\bracket, and three long bolts, to mount the fuel pump to the bracket. A Zama carburetor, air filter adapter, and maniphold (in great condition). And an air filter, and pre-filter I tryed to run it with the Zama carburetor, but it is too tempermental for me. Also comes with a plastic briggs racing flywheel cover, and a briggs pull starter, and clutch And a modified #4 carb, with a filter adapter,. and tank, and a stock valve cover with stock tube, and finally the  U.F.I. bolt head tamper cap.  I will be happy to answer any questions.   Thank You for looking.   Happy Holidays

Chrysler 200C Revealed

Wed, 13 Oct 2010

The Chrysler 200C - replacement for the Sebring Although the Chrysler Sebring is a car you can actually pop off to your dealer and buy in the UK, a chunk of readers on this side of the Pond will know it best from trips to the US as the ugly lump of iron they got lumbered with at the car rental desk. The Sebring was unloved by car hacks and the motoring public alike; it mixed poor design with poor looks, a poor drive and a poor interior to make for less than dynamic sales. So when Chrysler tipped up to the Detroit Motor Show in 2009 with a 200C Concept it seemed clear that was what was coming to oust the Sebring.
