Welcome to my auction, I am clearing out a few items used in recent project so take a look at my other auctions.

Here I have a performance chip for the North American BMW e36 M3 with the 3.0 S50B30US (S50US) engine.  This will fit the E36 M3 3.0 without the EWS2 immobilizer using the 506 ECU.  These are the 1993 to early 1995 M3s that did not have the EWS immobilizer yet.  The tune level is stage 1 giving 12 hp more.  This is done by optimising part throttle and full throttle ignition timing and fuelling.  The red line is raised by 200rpm to 7000rpm.  This chip is equivalent to a DINAN chip in performance.

If you want more performance from a stock or lightly modified engine or if you are building a track car or transplanting the S50B30US engine into the E30 body, this is what you need!

Specs:

-Engine: S50B30US

-ECU: 506 ECU only (cars without EWS)

-Peak Horsepower Gain: 12hp@5000rpm

-Peak Torque Gain: 15 ft/lbs@4000rpm
-Rev-Limit: 7000rpm (up from 6800rpm)

-Required Fuel: 91 octane or higher

-EWS2 code: not used in this ECU

-transmission gearbox: manual and automatic

Design Contest: Renault Design competition 'Imagine Espace in 2024'

Sat, 20 Nov 2004

The competition to 'Imagine Espace in 2024' has been won by Romain Gauvin, a fifth-year student at Strate Coll?ge in Paris. Renault Design organized the competition to coincide with the 20th anniversary of the Espace, inviting entries from students at its partner design schools in France (Strate Coll?ge) and Germany (Pforzheim University). "My intention was to design a car that travels on the ground yet feels like it is soaring through the sky, like flying a hang-glider", explains Romain Gauvin.
